We know that life happens, and sometimes we need to change our plans. We will happily give you a full refund, no questions asked, as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled event.

For safety reasons, if you’re not quite 12 years old and don’t weigh over 40 kg, you’ll have to grow a little bit more before you can ride our Segways! And if you’re heavier than 118 kg the Segway won’t be able to carry you safely either.
If you’re over 12 years old and between 40 - 118 kg you’re all good to go!

Sorry kiddos, only over 18s can ride solo. If you’re not legally an adult you can either ride with a parent or guardian, or book one of our Segway parties!
Depends.
To ride a Segway you should be able to comfortably stand for long periods of time, and have the range of motion required to climb stairs. We recommend riding the Segway only if you can safely drive a car or ride a bike.

Sorry mamas, riding the Segway is generally very safe, but we can’t risk that precious package you’re carrying. Come and see us again when the little one arrives!

We want to keep our tours friendly and intimate, (and save our guides’ voices!) so we have a maximum of 10 riders per guide.
Option 1. If your group is more than 10 people you can still book a standard tour, however the tour will be split into two separate groups with a maximum of 10 riders in each one. If you prefer to all ride together then you are welcome to book a private tour. Contact us for pricing and details.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time.
So we don’t lose precious Segway riding time, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your tour starts. This gives us plenty of time to get all the paperwork out of the way and then get riding!

We assume that all riders are complete beginners. You’ll be amazed at how easy it is to ride a Segway and how fast you pick it up! At the start of the tour we always have a guided training session where you’ll have a chance to practice and get confident riding. Once everyone feels comfortable it’s time to ride!

During the tour we will pass by many sights and attractions but due to the limited time we won’t go inside. We want to show you as many places, and give you the maximum time possible on the Segway. We will stop for short photo opportunities as needed.

What’s a tour without photos?! Our guides know all the best places to get that perfect instagram-worthy shot during the tour. Of course, if you see a place you like or want a group photo, your guide will be more than happy to oblige - you just have to ask!

Luckily the Segways are completely safe to ride in all weather, so we don’t have to cancel if it rains! Don’t worry, if it is raining we always have ponchos that you can buy for just 2€, and return for a refund if you don’t end up using them.
